Happy new week… Or at least here in the blog because our weeks start on Friday with a brand new post….
I you have been an avid reader of my blog then you know that if you have natural hair and especially coarser textured hair, moisture is more than a staple… It is a need! Also if you read this post then you know that your spray bottle is helpful in your quest for moisture.
So today I am sharing with you three quick and easy spray bottle recipes that will leave your hair super moisturized.
For this recipes you will need a spray bottle and water as your basic ingredients and tools. If you are feeling extra you can use distilled water as your base instead of normal tap water. You can find distilled water in a pharmacy near you.

The super duper simple mix
In this mix we use very simple ingredients that we just pick up from the supermarket and is hustle free and very effective. It is my favorite so far.
-Fill your spray bottle with water to about halfway then add a tablespoon or two of glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant which aids in imparting moisture to your hair
-Shake well and you are ready to spritz your hair.
-
The L.O.C mix
This mixture combines the good effects of the liquid oil and cream.
-Take two tablespoons of your leave in conditioner
-Add two tablespoons of your favorite oil
-Fill the rest of the bottle with water and shake well.

The feeling extra mix
Sometimes your hair needs a little more love and care… this is your spray bottle mix.
-Take teabags of your favorite teas… I like to use hibiscus, green tea, peppermint
-Make a cup of tea like you normally would
– Let the tea cool down then strain the liquid into your spray bottle.
-This, you will use as your liquid in your L.O.C or L.C.O. or as the final rinse in your wash day.
What are your favorite recipes? I would love to know
